
Error Code 5 in ProDoc: Resolution Steps
Error Code 5 commonly appears in ProDoc when printing and typically indicates that the Print After Signing option is not selected. To fix this issue, follow these steps:
Right-click the ProDoc "P" icon in your Windows system tray.
From the context menu, select Setup.
In the ProDoc Setup menu, click on the Forms Tab.
Check the box next to Print After Signing.
Click OK to save your settings.
