Error Code 5 in ProDoc: Resolution Steps

Error Code 5 commonly appears in ProDoc when printing and typically indicates that the Print After Signing option is not selected. To fix this issue, follow these steps:

1. Access the ProDoc Setup Menu

  • Right-click the ProDoc "P" icon in your Windows system tray.

  • From the context menu, select  Setup.

2. Open the Forms Tab

  • In the ProDoc Setup menu, click on the Forms Tab.

  • Check the box next to Print After Signing.

4. Save Your Changes

  • Click OK to save your settings.
